Muse Day
By participating in the raffle (hereinafter the “Raffle”), the Participant agrees to comply with all the provisions of these rules.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the participation in the Raffle being deemed null and void.
ARTICLE 1. Organizer of the Raffle
These rules are intended to govern the terms and conditions of the Raffle organized by Muse, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under no. 878 760 495, whose registered office is located at 167 Rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille (hereinafter “Maison Close”).
The Raffle is organized by Maison Close on the occasion of Muse Day, created by Maison Close, on April 22, 2026, in accordance with the terms set out below.
The Raffle is organized under the sole responsibility of Maison Close.
ARTICLE 2. Conditions of participation
2.1. How to participate in the Raffle
The Raffle is open to any natural person of legal age, having the legal capacity to contract, acting for personal and non-professional purposes, and being a member of Maison Close’s “Close to You” loyalty program (hereinafter the “Participants”).
Each Participant who validates a purchase on the Maison Close website accessible at the URL https://maison-close.com/ (hereinafter the “Website”) on April 22, 2026, regardless of the delivery location, within the limit of the countries listed on the Website, will be automatically entered into the Raffle.
2.2. Prize
The Raffle consists of a draw that will take place on 04/28/2026, allowing one (1) Participant to win the following prize (hereinafter the “Voucher”):
- One (1) voucher worth 1,000 (one thousand) euros, valid for any purchase on the Website for a period of three (3) months from the day of its activation. The winner will be contacted at the email address used for their purchase on Muse Day by our customer service team (satisfaction@maison-close.com). They will then receive the voucher in the form of a gift card worth 1,000 (one thousand) euros at that same email address, valid for a period of three (3) months from receipt of the gift card.
ARTICLE 3. Liability
Maison Close shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure, it is required to cancel the Raffle, extend it, postpone it, or modify its conditions, and its liability may not be engaged on this basis.
The Voucher may not be exchanged or refunded, nor may its value be paid out in cash at the request of the winning Participant. Likewise, purchases made using the voucher, if they must be refunded, will be refunded to the gift card and to no other payment method.
ARTICLE 4. Personal data
As part of the Participants’ participation in the Raffle, Maison Close may process certain personal data relating to the Participants.

4.2. Description of the processing
Ø Participation in the Raffle
Data collected:
- Data collected for the creation of a customer account and registration in the “Close to You” loyalty program: title, first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, password, newsletter subscription preferences, loyalty points, delivery and billing addresses, wish lists, referrals
- Data collected when placing an order: ordered products, first name, last name, delivery and billing addresses, phone number, delivery method, order history, payment history, exchanges and correspondence relating to the order and delivery of products, after-sales service, any complaints.
- Data collected for the activation of the Voucher: first name, last name, order number, email address, Voucher number, messages exchanged with customer service.
Purpose of the processing: organization of the Raffle
Legal basis: performance of the contract, namely these rules
Retention and archiving period: the contact details of the winning Participant are kept until the end of the validity of the Voucher, then archived on a separate medium for a maximum of 5 years.
4.3 Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be communicated by Maison Close, solely for the purposes set out above, to its staff and service providers responsible for managing the Raffle and to IT service providers responsible for managing data and promotional offers, where applicable.
4.4 Participants’ rights regarding their personal data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and Regulation 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, Participants have the following rights, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations:
· Right of access: obtain confirmation that their personal data is being processed, as well as certain information on such processing;
· Right to rectification: obtain the correction of their personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete;
· Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): obtain the deletion of their personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or in the event of objection to the processing of their personal data. The right to erasure does not apply in the cases provided for in Article 17.3 of the GDPR. In particular, this right is not available while a contract is being performed, nor in the case of archiving for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim;
· Right to restriction of processing: obtain the restriction of the processing of their personal data, in particular in the event of a dispute as to the accuracy of the data, when the retention period has expired but they still need to retain such personal data for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim;
· Right to data portability: obtain communication of the personal data provided in a readable format;
· Right to object: object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data based on legitimate interest, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the controller;
· Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent for data processing based on such consent, withdrawal applying for the future;
· Right to lodge a complaint: lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) if the data subject considers that the processing carried out constitutes a breach of their personal data rights;
· Right to define directives regarding the fate of their personal data after death.
These rights may be exercised at any time with Maison Close using the contact details indicated above.
ARTICLE 5. Applicable law
These Rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Rules that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent court.
