Returns & Exchanges
Every order is final, and it is not possible to cancel or modify its content (product, color, size, delivery address, etc.). Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent for preparation in our warehouse to be shipped as soon as possible. If you wish to return all or part of your order after receiving it, please follow the return procedure below.
What are the conditions of return?
- Return are free of charge. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to ship your articles.
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging in good condition. They must include their original tags and sealed security ties (zip ties). Items returned damaged, soiled, or without tags and sealed security ties will not be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: nipple covers, micro thongs, latex pieces, and BeGloss products for latex.
- If the packaging has been opened, the following items cannot be returned: stockings, tights, socks, candles, masks and Wellness products.

Gift boxes are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

“La Maison” items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with their label attached. Items including complementary pieces must be returned as a complete set.
Maison Close reserves the right not to refund items if any of the above conditions are not met.
If the item is non-refundable, we may return it to you at your expense in accordance with our returns policy.
How to return an item and get a refund?
- Have your order number starting with MC ready. You can find it in your Maison Close account or in the order confirmation email you received.
- Click the button below. You will be redirected to our returns portal. Follow the instructions.

When can I expect a refund?
Once the package has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be made within 14 days.
You will receive an email as soon as your return is received, and then a second one when your refund is made.
Can I make an exchange?
Items can't be exchanged on our website. If you want a new size, model or color, we invite you to return and order again on our website.
One of my products is defective. What should I do?
If within 14 days of receiving your package, you find that one of your items is defective, we ask you to follow this process:
