How does the Close to You loyalty program work?
Close to You is a simple, generous program designed with you in mind where every euro spent on the site earns you 1 loyalty point.
Depending on the number of points you collect, you belong to one of 4 tiers: PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE, or GOLD, unlocking a whole world of unique rewards.
The loyalty program is only valid online on maison-close.com.
Membership is free and only available online. You may join it if all the compulsory information requested has been completed and if you have agreed to the conditions.

Loyalty tiers
How do the tiers work?
Each level gives you access to unique benefits and rewards. To see all the benefits available for your tier, go to your customer space and the "Loyalty" tab. For details of all the tier benefits, click here.
How is my status decided?
PURPLE, BLACK, WHITE, and GOLD tiers are determined based on the amount spent.
With each new purchase, you accumulate loyalty points that allow you to maintain your tier and its associated unique benefits and rewards, or to reach a higher tier.
Following the rule of 1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point accumulated, you will need to have accumulated:
- 600 points to become a BLACK member
- 1000 points to become a WHITE member
- 2500 points to become a GOLD member
You will be notified by email when your status changes.
Points
How do the points work?
1 euro spent = 1 loyalty point accumulated.
Actions can also earn you points:
- 20 points for creating your account
- 20 points for subscribing to the Maison Close newsletter
- 30 points on your second purchase
- 10 points when you follow us on Instagram, TikTok, or Pinterest via the loyalty page under the “How to earn points?” tab, provided you are logged into your account.
To reward your loyalty, changing status also earns you points:
+50 points for moving to BLACK status, +100 points for moving to WHITE status, +150 points for moving to GOLD status.
As soon as you join the loyalty program, your purchases and actions are registered and you start to collect points.
Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for discounts or experiences.
How long are my points valid?
Because your loyalty deserves to be fully rewarded, points from the Close to You program do not expire.
What happens if my order is refunded (in full or partially)?
If you decide to return or cancel your entire order, the loyalty points you have earnt for that order will automatically be cancelled (including any points originally earnt for delivery charges).
However, if you decide to return or cancel part of your order, only the loyalty points earnt for the items concerned will be cancelled.
Additional benefits
How is free delivery applied at checkout?
Depending on your status and the benefits associated with it, your delivery charges will be automatically cancelled upon payment. All you need to do is log in to your account to identify your status.

How do I delete my Maison Close to you customer account?
If you wish to unsubscribe from the loyalty program, please contact customer service at dpo@maison-close.com to have your request taken into account.
